Refund & Return Policy

At OnHand Co., customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our support team and we will work to find a solution.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be considered within 30 days of delivery and are subject to inspection and approval.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All included accessories, inserts, and components must be present.

  • The item must not show signs of use, wear, damage, modification, fuel residue, or tampering.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products

  • Products showing signs of wear or use

  • Products altered, modified, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your request must include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos and/or video evidence

Our team will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refund Approval Process

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and approved by our inspection team. Approval is determined at the sole discretion of OnHand Co. based on compliance with this policy.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refused Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or failure to collect a package may be subject to shipping and handling deductions from any approved refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
